  1. 12 footers aint that big here in the Fla glades. Now a 15 footer breaks their bigguns brag. These big snakes here will swallow their 12 footers and give them a wink. They keep shootin them little ones they'll never have time to grow.

  2. I think to make it actually fun to watch they need to outlaw them hunting from boats and bow and arrow instead of rifle. Make it interesting give the alligators a chance

  3. Filmed one at Santee Cooper cause he sounded like pulling on a 9 horse out board motor.thought he was a twelve footer .2 weeks later,I spoke to biologist at dam about seeing the gator, 32 to 34 inches is how long the head was I told him. He then told me how they thought a log had been drawn across one of the three intakes (each intake has three, for a total of 9 intakes, the rediversion dam in ST STEVENS SOUTH CAROLINA. They also lift fish up into the lake that go to spawn father inland . . Later if some return to go back to the ocean, they also have a system for that,,) well diver went down with rope, biologist said he come up out of the water and the air tank nearly or did (1 of the 2) once he realized it was a GATOR length 18 feet. Glad he didn't attack the 14 foot boat when my little girl wanted the pretty white flower in the pond like area where I had watched him circle. Memories, that week train ran over her head , after the small gator bit her toe the year before, well after she told her mother about the train, mom didn't enjoy the humor of being able to tell people ""a train run over my head once as a answer to some questions, thank God I didn't let them know.18 FOOT… 6 YEARS LATER ;Mom came and wouldn't you know it she came into the tent with a Nice 4 foot snake she pulled on (gently) from the rip rap rock. POOR WOMAN DIDN'T HAVE NO WAY TO MOVE TO. I LORD I FORGET YOUR HUMOR YOU PUT UPON US.

  4. I like the show. I watch it all the time but you have to know they're really not shooting the gators(most likely already dead).
Ever notice how when they shoot the gator and a large splash of water comes up in their faces?
That would mean that the bullet went through both upper and lower jaws with enough force to cause a big splash from under the gator. Not going to happen. There is NEVER an exit wound. Only an entrance wound at the top of the head.

  5. Junior the dad is something else I just can't wait to he leaves the show his son Willie big Willy he does not need his his dad instructions he knows how to hunt Gators. He knows how hard work is instead of just keep on pressuring and that's what his father's doing to him keep my pressure pressure he needs help instead of just doing what he's doing you know just help his son instead of his blood pressure up. I'm sorry to be harsh but I'm normally not like this but it's it bothers me to see that Junior their dad will not help his son Willie and he knows how just to bark orders that's not a captain that is a lazy person. Even captains help out

  6. This is so silly, this is fake to the max, this is reality show entertainment ONLY, it has no historic nor educational value. The shooting of the gators is the most faked, it is virtually impossible to do it that way, even if the gun they are showing was loaded!! lol (I wonder how this show ever got started?)

  7. Ol Rj and his son are constantly getting into trouble fighting and getting into arguments with people I haven’t seen any of the new seasons but I heard they were kicked off the show for all the legal problems they have and that one of Troys sons is in jail for shooting at a speeding boat that was cutting their lines
