I have a hard time believing Edgin is a Bard. He strikes me as more of a Rogue, with a Lute proficiency. Might be from his Entertainer background. I don't recall him ever casting a spell. Even the bread and butter "Vicious Mochery" is never cast. I'd say he would be Mastermind Rogue. Simply because he is the planner and a thief.
Likewise. Holga never seems to just rage and become super durable. Rather, she attacks superfast multiple times like a fighter. It's hard to say what kind of figher. Maybe Battle Master or Champion.
the opening splash scene with the white screen and the dragon is a nod to the '30 years of adventure' book!

Disappointed the Harper Bard didn't actually cast ANY visible spells.
Caldwell (one of the two betting lords) might be a nod to "Castle Caldwell and beyond", a DnD module from 1985. First adventure I every ran!
As Edgin and Holga travel to Neverwinter, they apparently go past Mount Hotenow.

Another fun detail you missed was that the Helm of Disjunction was surrounded by lead shavings, which prevents anyone from using Locate Object to find where it was

The Dwarf cleric in the maze scene is literally the artwork for Cleric in the 5E PHB
The paladin is 100% a DMnpc. Killings things without rolling and then walking straight towards the horizon without stopping.
Why were the D&D characters from the 80s in this movie

Also love how there is a map of the maze on the floor tiles, but the party comes up with a completely different, more creative way to succeed. Feels very accurate to how players sometimes go the complete opposite direction to the DMs expectations
My favorite part was in the arena. The group of adventurers that were modeled after the characters from the dungeons and dragons cartoon from the 80s.
Uhm Actually, 9th level spells CAN be counterspelled even when not upcast to 9th level themselves. The caster simply has to make a DC 19 spellcasting check in order to succeed. I like to think that the Sorcerer failed here simply because he wasn't confident enough in himself (indicative of low Charisma – his spellcasting modifier).
the painting they use to hide the portal does not represent Volo?
I am sure it's been said but the Paladin didn't smite he channeled divinity.
