  3. I would Say the Kappa Mu artiact could be from Necron origin, also i love those stories, it really mke you realise that they are more dangeous species than chaos or known xenos races.

  4. Guys, I have a theory! The pale wasting, the harrowing and subject 696 are all described as cosmic horrors from another dimension, that isn't the warp. What if all of them comes from the same lovecraftian place?

  5. I would love if they used the ghoul stars to add a vampire race to 40k, they could have a back story about one of the "destroyed" space marine chapters was from blood angels stock and something within the ghoul stars mutated them into full on vampires.

You could have them broken down into caste systems based on what they were before they were turned.
    Space marines = lords/greater vampires.
Normal humans = normal troops/lesser vampires.
Abhumans = monster units based on what they were before e.g orgyn being hulking monster vampire.
Bonus points if some xeno races can also be turned e.g Eldar turn into lesser vampires like normal humans but on rare chace they turn into a different vampire that keeps their psyker powers and these are the only ones who have psyker powers among the vampires.

  6. Hi wes, want to say great video but I kind of have a questioned, I know there are not much records on the dark age of technology or on humanity golden years, my big question is that before the birth of slaanash and the dark age begin, what was humanity like? I know they had some good tech but my big questone is what kind of Xeno they were fighting? I know that there went many aliens and humans found it easy to explore but were there any war they fought? surely an empire so big didnt need to build weapons of mass destruction and dark cruelty like killer robots since they populate the galexy with ease, the eldar were pretty chill before the birth of she who thirst, necrons were still asleep, chaos was calm and the tyranids haven't arrive so why build weapons of doom, what was they fighting or seen that lead them to stock pile such powerful gear.

I know there anint much records but I am just curious since why did humanity had to build such powerful weapons?

  7. The thing is we will never know Couse 40k always makes us looker ons after the fact and we barely get any facts so anything can be true whit these entities that's how governments do that I would be suprised they named it something silly so if someone finds it out everyone just laughs at them thinking they crazy if our government is willing too test lsd on its people I am pretty sure 40k way worse

  8. If games workshop would stop sucking off abbadon, bring back the emperor and focus on these more love craftian nightmare abominations, the story could move forward. They seem more of a threat than the chaos gods, and could be seriously entertaining. But alas it feels like we will never move on from the standpoint we are stuck in with the lore..

  9. I don't remember what it's called, but there's a test subject locked up in the main death watch research facility that's room was completely empty. And no type of scanning or alarm would pick up it's existence. Yet the chamber reads "occupied" and what ever it is has killed people entering it's room. So it's a completely invisible horror that is just left in a empty room where no one goes in or interacts with it.

  10. Oh man, the first one reminds me of that Tyranid short-story where they find an invaded ship whose librarian has been turned into a puppet connected to the residential Broodmind. Man, that sent shivers down my spine.

  11. Fantastic video! I'd love to see you do a video on some of the lesser-known yet still incredibly terrifying xenos someday. I'm thinking species like the Enslavers, Slaugth, Lacrymole, and Rak'gol, among others. Also, I think it's possible that the Pale Wasting has had so much of its related documentation purged out of a fear that acknowledging it could somehow harm the Imperium. Whether by sowing fear and panic, or by drawing out the horrors that inflicted themselves upon the galaxy during the time of the Pale Wasting. My favorite parts were those about Subject #696, the Tyranid super-organism being created and protected by Hive Fleet Tiamat, and Artefact 9-Kappa-Mu, as I was not previously aware of these things. I also learned quite a bit about some of the topics I was already aware of. Funny thing is, I initially thought that Subject #696 was going to refer to the unconfirmed but suspected Tyranid organism (also held at Watch Fortress Erioch) that is completely undetectable to the naked eye and any auspex or other scanning methods the Imperium has attempted thus far. The only reason they know it exists is because it set off and was caught in a stasis-trap, and they can tell that it walks around in the cell it currently occupies based on the vibrations it makes. It is referred to as the "Unknown Genus" on the Lexicanum.

  12. ARTEFACT 9-KAPPA-MU… A long dormant contingency to calm the warp and weaken the chaos gods, using same tech as the pylons of cadia but only larger, except its missing a key to start it… Perhaps the key Vastoor is searching for.??!
