Around the tail end of the worst storm in southwest DeRidder, La; I am highly confident I heard a tornado. It sounded like I was sitting in my car downtown in DeRidder with a freight train going by at high speed. I am waiting to see what the NWS says. I live near the Beauregard Parish Airport.
Yelling to your viewers to call it in. You have a doctorate in Meteorology you should have a direct line to the NWS as a verified spotter! Why in 2023 do we not have live communication to NWS and such through existing technology such as Zello or other live based communication methods for verified people using password protected channels. Still stuck in the past with these things, so many solutions all ignored.
From Springfield, MO here. Was hyped up about the high risk of tornadoes today but we didn’t even get a clap of thunder. Very disappointing. This storm definitely amplified once it hit reached West Plains, MO and Eastward. Meanwhile, I certainly hope anyone that experience this storm system is safe and unharmed!
Yelling at a see thru ass tornado I can only imagine how to do when you see a wedge.. if someone breaks in your house, do you yell and give away your position.. damn stfu
