The couple in 90s suit looks so cool they're matching their jobs
What did Arab do to Egypt? Common DO not sugar coat your discussions . . .
21:00 this woman is a real treat.
…a real insufferable treat
Why lie
it could be in rome
This is so fake
When Dr. Kathleen said Alhumdulillahh😍💞
Kathleen's dig is exciting but she is looking in the wrong place. Cleopatra is not buried at Taposiris Magna. She will be found soon but not there.
you'll neverrrrrrrr find it lol
Why continue to dig up graves? Are their treasure and whatever secrets they chose to take with them not sacred? Isn’t this desecration? Leave the dead in peace. If they wanted to be exploited, their treasure taken/scattered and bodies tested for none of our dang business, then they wouldn’t have gone to the extent of being buried in a tomb in a cemetery. I’d be heartbroken and crushed if this was done to my family and ancestors. Some secrets are better left out of the hand of greed finding profit. .. not like we’ll be given the entire truth about it anyway. And for cleopatra and mark, they aren’t together anymore after discovery like intended.
I don't really watch for the story tellers attire. The explorers are eccentric people, anyways. A life long childhood, I'd imagine.
why do she have that stiff bob on 🤣🤣
these kinds of video always gives me goosebumps
That's so amazing I just got to meet her on that dig site today with her team of amazing people.
i believe that queen cleopatra's lost tomb is meant to be discovered by a woman. go dr. kathleen martinez ❤
Cleopatra family much people

She once have a god blane in the time of empire
The empire will finish on 3 skin colour hand
was Cleopatra was the last linking bridge between GREEK -Egyptian civilization and Roma Civilization?
Why would there be a great tomb of Cleopatra? More than likely she was buried or mummified quite simply. “Ancient Egypt” as we understand it, ended with Cleopatra’s death and the battle with Rome. Egypt was then part of Rome. Who would have made a tomb for Cleopatra at that time during Roman occupied Egypt?
Ice age
Impending doom terraforming
We're tomb is in the cemetery of Alexandria the great's lovers…
Gobekili Tepe is older than Egypt jist saying.
The world has been lied to.
Or did they move to Egypt and thus ancient Egypt are turks before turkey
And the first thing they built was a big cat monument of their sneaking away from pre turkey.
Actually it represented almost being cat food.
And they lived in the sphinx while building other stuff.
As a palace and a memory of their treacherous travels
Mummies to a hospital.
But it was too late, they die det
Is any updates to Kathleen searching for Cleopatra been waiting for a year now
waiting for her excavation
I wonder if she'll be found.
They just couldn't resist…About 11:21 into this nice documentary and Dr. Kathleen Martin had to take an opportunity to egregiously plug some nonsensical feminist rhetoric. Just WoW! News Flash: The Romans were not at all "afraid" of Cleopatra you lying jack a.. b, nor were they intimidated by her. You can't just make up your own version of history….
, and then expect to be taken seriously by any sound person of academia. Come on!
I know feminism sales, so I get it…..but give me a flipping break. This is suppose to history courtesy of National Geographic, not makeup anything you wan Geographic…. so either tell the story accurately/correctly or p-off!
It was the brilliance by way of diplomacy via the consorting of her statesmen~(aka viziers), combined with her own beguiling that Cleo was able to gain favor with Rome/Caesar, which btw would never have been possible if it had not been for the greatest member of her family….Megas Alexandros aka Alexander The Great.
Also, Cleopatra was not a powerful pharaoh. She wanted to be, but she wasn't. That's a very erroneous/inaccurate thing to say, especially from one who holds the title Dr.. For one, Cleopatra was not an Egyptian (She was a Macedonian i.e. Greek), nor was she a descendant of the house that was pharaoh. Furthermore, Pharaohs were men….Not women.
Cleopatra was however a very intelligent queen/ruler who happened to be a woman. She spoke at least (7) languages fluently, and was very well learned in the affairs of state.
In the end….To say (in good conscious) that Rome was intimidated by Cleopatra is ridiculous, because if that were the case she wouldn't have thrown herself at the feet of the Eagle Empire that was Rome. The only thing standing between Cleopatra being undone by Rome was ironically enough Tiberius aka Julius Caesar, and after him Mark Anthony.
government shut down your electricity as soon as she left they sent there own team in im guessing
Who establishes the timeline of when its ok to desecrate someone's grave?
