Victoria Alonso Could SUE Disney and Marvel for Firing a 'Gay Latina!'

Fired Marvel exec Victoria Alonso won’t go quietly into the night. Now she’s threatening to sue Disney and Marvel Studios for wrongful termination, despite Disney’s lawyers stating she absolutely breached her contract with the company. Her defense? She did a lot for the company and she’s a ‘gay latina’ that’s being ‘silenced.’

  1. Excellent Disney get what they deserve, they have cultivated this mindset & ideology. Hopefully this will contribute to their overall downfall.

  3. Yeah totally not gonna make people over-think when hiring if this gets more traction.
-Don't wanna get sued? Never hire a LGBT+/non-white employee
Totally not hurting people trying to work normally.

  4. Good luck proving it was because of her being a Latina and her sexuality. She's pure woke nothing goes her way and she plays the sexuality and race card absolutely obserd.

  5. so let me get this right she purposely tried to destroy it from the inside but now since she's being fired for her incompetence she is playing the gate card and the race card to get money ? wow how under handed and greedy . What a wicked little Karen !

  6. ALL of MCU 's projects that are are being pushed back over gratuitous reshoots and being pushed back in post production was her responsibility as "head" of her department..She can't claim the power position without taking the responsibility of the position..If this goes through in Disney's favor,it will finally send a message to these "participation trophy" winners who only get hired because they check a box..

  7. If you've seen the video of a pre-Elon Twitter employee and their entirely unproductive day, do you think it would be any different for a progressive company like Disney?

  8. I'm sure Disney reserves the right to fire and replace executives who no longer perform and maintain the quality that they previously took credit for.if she's doing a piss-poor job and causing the problem at a loss of hundreds of millions of dollars for the company and parent studio, as well as a breach of contract, she doesn't deserve to keep her position because of her race, gender and sexual preferences, which would also be seen as racial and gender bias against other potential individuals who are able to do a better job.As is the case for Chapek, who was let go,regardless of the fact that he was a straight white male..NO EXCUSES!

  9. Here in Argetina people are use to sue in every work that has been to, actually that are people that work for a couple of months and then they try to get fired from a place only to sue the enterprise, so it was obvious that she is going to sue Disney, here the press is saying the narrative that she was fired because she produced the film "Argentina 1985" (that's the lie that she has been telling to the press here).

  10. Lets say it was entirely due to her "dont say Alonzo" bill. Are you now not allowed as a company to fire a staff member that helps to potentially lose your company billions of dollars?

  11. I don't normally say this, but I hope Disney wins in this case and sues her for liable so hard that she won't see financial sunlight for years. She screwed up on her job from what I am hearing, she breached her contract and worked on another company's film , she was in the middle of the discourse between the VFX studios and Disney. How dare she try to use her sexual identity to sue Disney for her own failed performance on her job

  12. A few years back, this lawsuit wouldn't have just been laughed out of court, and outright dismissed by the judges and prosecutors, odds are, they'd have charged or fined her for such a stupid, if not frivolous lawsuit! Now, I get the feeling the courts are gonna go gung ho into this lawsuit, eagerly trying to showcase Disney in the istaphobe light……Not that I feel sorry for them. After all, they fed into this crap, channeling their time, money and resources into it even though they knew that these people have a habit of eating their own if they show any sign of betrayal or doubt in their supporters. They, in many ways, brought this on themselves!
