Alex Murdaugh’s surviving son, Buster Murdaugh, is speaking out publicly for the first time about the 2015 death of his classmate Stephen Smith. The Murdaugh's showed up at the boat accident in order to facilitate a cover up. The pattern continues regarding the death scene of Stephen Snith.

No injuries to his lower body but this was a hit and run?
His mother should not have to have a Go fund me account to have her babies body exhumed. The pathologist handling the cast should have to pay for it because they dropped the ball and did not look into it as anything else but a hit and run. In her own words she said she came to that conclusion because Steven was found on the road.
It will be very hard to convict Buster. I think he did, but again tuff case. His family will get the best representation.
Buster looks like one who may have some suppressed issues. Which, I'm sure.. if he was responsible….is likely what occurred. He needs to come clean….I feel like, there has to be a reason why folks think that Buster had something to do with it.

WTF with this family??? The sons always causing life loss!! Alex kills this wife and the son Paul; Paul kills a friend from a boat crash; and this survivor Buster is alleged to kill another young man!!!
They had professionals involved with the case fully aware a coverup was taking place and that something didn’t just look off… but that it wasn’t what it was being pushed off as. Everything about it said otherwise and it still wasn’t enough to get more detail on the situation. At least, extra parties involved.
I couldn’t walk away from this if I knew it was that “off” and the subject was some young boy like that.
There’s some who came forward in documentaries since expressing these feelings and concerns.. and there’s one guy who I feel was being more legitimate in his intention… but still….
It’s easy to say what didn’t look right or what wasn’t going down ethically AFTER the fact. After it’s been blown open and the major threat holding power is stripped of his authority and title and put away.
So…
maybe it’s easy for me to sit here and say what I “would’ve” done; verses what I “would not” have done in the here and now….. but I’d like to think that if I had any way of making it known that a coverup and unsubstantiated claims weren’t adding up = that I would do everything in my power to make noise about it BEFORE the documentary crews are around and other instances have safety paved a way forward.
But if it were the case and I did make all that noise and never let it go…. And it really fell on deaf ears and stalled as long as it has….. then I’d have to consider how frequent this goes down around the country and how many corrupt professionals, city and federal officials, city workers, experts, and wealthy politicians and families are turning a blind eye for others.
Who’s taking the blame in their place, or lesser criminals taking greater blame or wider attention to lesson or shield privileged individuals, etc.
This potentially has far reaching consequences and shines a light on what actually goes down. How easily many turn away, look away, get paid off… or who’s voices get drowned out by more powerful-privileged folks.
This is just one incident, one place. But a reality coming to light as a result of other criminal wrongs.
Imagine if Alex had a hung jury or better defense?? Or if he didn’t take the stand…??? He potentially could’ve gotten off.
Had that happened….

My theory is Buster had relations with Steven. Of you seen the documentary what Steven's family members who knew, but he was discreet, not say names. He has no reason to lie to his twin sister. Buster was always out of the spotlight you never really seen or heard much of him plus never seen him with female friend. I think that the Grandfather or Alex found out about Buster and Steven and they couldn't have their name tarnish. You can't pay Steven off they will have to make sure he can't come back and ask for more money. So best to get rid of him. Grandfather "Buster" was know for making people disappear. I believe they had Buster lure Steven out that Alex and the Grandfather hit him from behind while Buster was distracting Steven and the Grandfather and Alex killed him they moved the car drained the gas left the gas cap off, no person who runs out of gas opens their gas cap to so call walk 10 miles to get gas. Plus he would have called his sister as he has done before. I feel Buster was present he was involved by luring Steven out and was there when he was killed and also their when they dumped his body. I don't think he physically killed him. He did have parts in it.

It’s sad it took all this BS for someone to finally listen. Stephen should have been exhumed years ago. At least right after housekeeper got killed. This whole case makes me sick. I am so glad Stephens mom is getting answers. I hope it’s soon.

The state should be paying for an exhumation if they feel that their original autopsy wasn’t good enough. Which then makes you wonder about and question all their other autopsies.
