There were some great points made by both Dan and Josh regarding the nature of hunting. I am content with the size of the deer that I kill – because I'm not trying to keep up with anyone else. I also view the competition of other hunters as just one more thing to overcome – I gotta figure out the buck and I gotta figure out the other hunters too. Great show
Look at what just happened in Europe when the hunters and sportsmen don't stick together they just lost hound hunting for Fox
Recreational use they call it when a farmer has a sertant amount of woods . We have that up here in Wisconsin.
Personally I love that they banned cameras in Kansas on public. Keeps things traditional. Good show gentlemen.
Seriously josh you shot a tard 😅😅😅
Wind bump the area
I've had someone fly a drone over me in a marsh that I was hunting in right at the closing time. Not cool.
if cell cams are ok what about drones
Saw nice 8 in Waukesha still holding last Sunday
You could dye your antlers orange for deer season Dan, lol
1 dollar pasture land 3 dollar for tillable 45 dollar wooded property tax per ac
Jackalopes are real!
Camera ban is probably pushed by anti hunters and the communist left that want to ruin all our freedoms.
I don't think cameras should be banned per se, but leaving gear set up in public areas is becoming a problem. Some public areas seem to have a stand or camera on every tree and this stuff isn't being taken down after season. Cameras and ladder stands are so cheap these days that a lot of guys just leave it out until it's convenient to get it, or they just leave it forever.
On the rape issue, just castrate the bastard.
Great video friend 👍
Im older than you guys but i think violence in schools is much worse now. They punch teachers and everything. School shootings were unheard of when I was young. It's a different world.
I’m all for cameras being banned. I have used them lightly myself but I feel like every single thing we do now is being recorded.
“Anyway”!!😂
Thank you for discussing how farmers are bulldozing wildlife habitat. This has gotten increasingly worse in Indiana the past several years. So much hunting land has been lost for one more acre of corn or destroying woods/creeks so farm equipment doesn't have to maneuver around it. I like your idea about the state creating a tax incentive program for farmers to save habitat. Unfortunately, when it comes to being good stewards of our land or financial greed, the government will always choose greed. They care more about our agriculture income than wildlife.
Unfortunately it takes a lot of definite evidence to arrest a poacher. They have so many impressive ways to improve their setup so to speak. Also they can use a bow at night with a light. Might not drop on the spot and they don’t track them because they have a higher chance of being caught. Just my take.

YouTube seems milder than Facebook for sure. Keyboard Warriors for sure!
you have to say mentaly challenged dan ! just kidding!!!
You talk about the oldest beast style hunter I am76 and Have used a saddle for the last 4 years member of Public land prowlers “ Old Man”
I like the rules where you can't leave anything on public overnight unless it's a trap with a tag.
So why does it matter so much if they banned trail cameras if everyone puts their nose to the Grindstone, they can kill a buck on public land without a trail camera we have become way too reliant on this technology. I killed two bucks this year on public land in Michigan and I have never once in my life used a trail camera to pattern deer I look for sign And then I hunt it and I don’t blow it out and I go as far away from other people as I possibly can, or I stick close to the parking lot where other people overlook, I watch deer with my physical eyes by driving around in the off-season and looking at them in their patterns and natural state It doesn’t take a stupid trail camera to kill big bucks. I don’t know how many people I have to tell that to. if you’re really as bad ass, as you think you are, then you don’t need a trail camera people have been killing deer for centuries without cameras.
IM FROM CONNECTICUT FIRST CASE OF LYME DISEASE WAS IN OLD LYME, CT, OFF THE COAST WAS A GOVERNMENT FACILITY WHERE THEY TESTED ANIMAL BORNE DISEASES. YOU TELL ME?
The modern farmer is a plague on the land.
I live in Ohio and I'm subscribed to both of your channels. I have learned so much from both of you and I wish I had known you guys were coming to Ohio, I would have dropped everything to be there. Next year I'll have to pay more attention if you guys come back
