Award winning National City teacher accused of ‘forceable sex act’ on student appears in court

The sixth-grade teacher, accused of sexual misconduct with a child, appeared in court Thursday for a bail review hearing. 34-year-old Jacqueline Ma’s attorney urged the court to grant her a pretrial release.

“It is simply unnecessary to hold Mrs. Ma on a no bail hold,” said defense attorney Mario Vela. “Mrs. Ma is prepared to accept any and all conditions that the court may impose.”

During her arraignment earlier this week, Ma pleaded not guilty to felony charges, including lewd acts on a child, witness intimidation, and multiple counts of child pornography.

  1. Anyone who think this is okay may as well be a pedophile too. This shit is nasty, why is it gross for a full grown man to look at a little girl but not gross for a full grown woman to look at a little boy? Ya’ll are seriously sick if you think this or normal in anyway and need to be investigated.

  4. What she did is bad, but what about going after all the school board members for allowing pornographic books to young children or having drag queens at schools, they need to even go after the parents for allowing all this crap!!!!
