Way harder than it looks, should have asked him how he gets repeat business. The problem i have faced with this business is after we clean your home it stays clean for years. Its not like lawn care where you come out every week. Do a video more on marketing. Doing the work is not the problem when starting a business, getting leads is harder than this guy make it look like. We are glorified bleach sprayers thats it

If you're working alone print shops won't do just a couple of shirts they want big orders only like $300 and up better to just get embroidery shirt logo instead cheaper cost

i hope this is a story i can relate to, i got fired from my job 2 weeks ago because i worked on my off day "unapproved overtime", the next day, i dusted off my pressure washing i havent used in a year and started going door to door offering pressure washing. about 10 days later ive made over $1k i ordered tons of advertising, signs, business cards, tshirts, going out every single day to make a mark. im so hungry to be successful.
He has all those trucks, employees, shop and office and is only making 1M gross annually. That sounds way to low for his overhead.
Love to see this. America is strong because of entrepreneurs like this!
