  1. Duuude I used to think a shark lived behind the pool observation window in the deep end of the ymca pool when I took swimming lessons there as a child!!! They had to talk me down by telling me sharks would die in chlorinated water 🤦🏻‍♀️

  2. Yes Molly I had that fear of sharks in the pool, also scared to swim over the tile art of dolphins, etc. Very scary 🤦🏼‍♀️ Also would love art of animation staycation, I don't think you have covered it here yet? Loving the mam fam ❤️

  3. I also thought their might be a shark in deep end of the pool. After watching jaws at 4. My town had two pools where you def could not see bottom at deep end and I would swim as fast I could after diving even in teens because you know what is down there? Aka your not alone Molly.

  4. I had a pool as a kid and I was 100% sure that the other side of the pool had a shark in it so I swam by the ladder 😂😂😂 and also every other pool I went in the deep end absolutely had a shark in it

  5. You are definitely not alone with the Great White in the swimming pool! I’m 49 and still will not swim alone knowing there is no way that a great white is in my pool. However, let me step a toe in an empty swimming pool and I hear the Jaws theme composition!

  6. Molly I was only afraid of sharks (Jaws) in the pool when it got dark… for WHATEVER insane reason. Darkness = scariness 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣
I literally thought he was going to squeeze through the drain in the deep end and eat me… 😂

  7. We stayed at Port Orleans FQ in 2014 around the 4th of July and loved it! Our room was near the food court area but overlooked part of the pool area. As I recall it was about $210 per night. I just checked and that same time frame (June 30-July 7) has a deal where the average night is about $245. That is not much of an increase over 9 years! Yes the rooms are average size but it is a charming smaller resort and I highly recommend it! (Also one of the biggest perks we found when we stayed is being a small resort there are far less people waiting for the buses. And many times the buses stopped at FQ first then headed over to the three stops at Riverside so the buses were usually wide open to get on.)

  8. We are coming for the first time in August! From UK. Thanks for the vlog.
I used to imagine a shark in the pool to help me swim faster in swim comps. Sometimes I was too good at that and terrified myself. I was only 9. X

  9. Shark thing is real I’m an adult and still don’t do the deep end. I’m also extremely picky with my Minnie ears and lounge fly bags. Can’t wait for 2024 for our 1st stay at Port Orleans French Quarter. Going to be a a sentimental trip for our sons 1st time. We just announced our pregnancy last October and due this May. 🥰

  11. POFQ always holds a special place in our hearts as it was the first resort we stayed at ever when we went to Disney World for our honeymoon. We made sure we visited the resort during our 2 Disney World trips last year as well as we love it that much

  12. Totally back your fear of great white being in the deep end, I have got out many a pool after convincing myself I’m sharing the pool with a toothy friend. Love the video, I need a beignet in my life!!

  13. You should try Krispy Kreme donuts if there’s one around you. They are so light smooth and airy not tough or thick cakey. They’re the only donuts I personally found close to liking . No other donuts nor Disney donuts.
