Slight correction to the SS4 Multiplier, it's at least a 10,000X boost due to being comparable to Golden Great ape Baby being able to fight on par with Kakarot after the transformation. Even a really low ball would have it at 500x because it's SS1 on top of Great ape to most others. Also it lets you stay n your prime every time you are in it. Plus there's the Full power and Ultra states.
Other than that though, EVERYTHING else here is simply a joy of fresh DBZ love!

If bardock's power level was up close to freezes even though freezer was in his first form Bardock would have chosen to fight Saiyans are very prideful Army of Fighters that put their lives on the line every day taking over planets who mostly fight to the death
Frieza up to that point basically sat in a chair and told armies what to do and would very rarely go out and fight himself frieza also likes to talk shit but the grunts he sends out to fight everyday just likes to fight and blow shit up I'm thinking that match would start out as Frieza trying to talk shit seconds before Super Saiyan Bardock going full Force out for blood would annihilate frieza who at this point is still probably sitting in his chair talkingshit what that's the first 5 minutes of your story and after that everything would change
I don't know about you but I would favor the guy putting his life on the line every day conquering planets just wanting to get home to eat with his wife and son then a dictator wrapped up in politics with a Flair for talkingshit

It's a great story and Theory but I thank if Bardock and Vegeta became a Super Saiyan 4 a long time ago with there being so many other Super Saiyan which I believe would have been significantly more powerful so I really don't think beerus would have stood much of a chance cuz after all Goku as a Super Saiyan 4 in GT is far stronger than beerus by trillions afterall in GT Elder Kai said that baby Vegeta what's the strongest present that he'd ever felt and if we go by super then it was beerus that sealed Elder Kai within the Z sword that would mean that beerus is weaker than baby Vegeta and Super Saiyan 4 Goku mop the floor with him as a Super Saiyan 4 so at the end of the day a Super Saiyan God would not be needed beerus with pick a fight that he wish he hadn't.
If Bardock had gone Super Sayian God 2,the Sayian's home world probably wouldn't have been destroyed because Bardock would.have eliminated Frezia on the spot but that was simply a level the the Sayian race hadn't achieved before their planet was destroyed and wouldn't be achieved until much later by Goku and Vegeta

I feel like Bardock shouldn't have entered SSJ2 during the cooler battle, but instead Super Saiyan Grade 2, because for Gohan, Vegeta, and Goku to achieve the transformation they had to Master Super Saiyan and reach Grade 4.
Also SSJ2 isn't a simple 100× multiplier, that would make it weaker than not only Grade 3, but also Grade 2, and it was shown that SSJ2 was physically stronger than even Grade 3, with none of the drawbacks, like stamina and speed.
What if goku was in Spawns universe?
It was said that king colds final form would be semi perfect cell level and that his 2nd form is frieza final form level
