Sara, you don’t have to be “Religious” to know anything about the Bible, which is basically a history book, past,present + Future, there is a running joke, “ The Catholics don’t know anything about the Bible” , I was “raised Catholic.” Haha, not really, so I can say this. They really do not, in fact, Martin Luther deciphered The Bible so commonFolk could read the Bible, they weren’t allowed to read the Bible in Latin or any language. Thank you.
I love you bring other people like Ross in your adventures! Love the story about the bullet holes in Ross's car! When I was in my late 20s I had a rear window shot out in San Francisco. My wife does not like it when I bring one of my rifles when we go off road in questionable areas, but I do just like Ross. That is interesting about the Federal Mine Claim. Nice story about the cross!! Love how you point out sights from the summit! Thanks for sharing this story!
I feel for you about getting your car stuck. I did that with my Chevy Tahoe years ago in the Death Valley area. Fortunately didn't need a tow out. Just dug it out.
