I think we are still seeing a great character Arc from Bo that started last season. Din was just a means to an end at first but then he became this nagging friend who won't leave her be , which when all others left her , he was still there. She didn't have to dive in after him. Now that she sees the mythosaur she is still processing her feelings about what she saw. She might be thinking it's a way to rule Mandalore but then you add the layer of the children of the watch fully welcoming her after finding out she bathed in the living waters. I think by the end , you will find a selfish character who transforms into an unselfish being.
I think Beau is going to try to team The myth a sore butt din is going to end up taming it in advertently to save her life and he is going to be forced to lead the watch that Roku is going to use the force team it to save Both of them
Bo is most likely still shaken from the sighting of the mythosaur.

It might be coincidence, but Bo Katan wielded the Dark Sabre again on… mandalore. Moments later her other home got destroyed by the empire. Perhaps this was the dark Sabre curse at work again???

I thought the episode was perfectly fine. I understand how people wanted more mando in it, but it was a great world building moment
Grogu is gonna tame the mythosaur
Best way for the mandalorian people is to focus on Grogu being brought up as a proper mandalorian as he is a foundling. He was initially trained to be a jedi, so he can learn to use the darksaber properly and he can also use the Force to tame the Mythosaur.
That way he will be the in a similar way like Tarre Vizsla, being both Mandalorian and Jedi.
Also, his long lifespan would mean he can rule and protect the mandalorians for centuries keeping their tradition alive. Just need to craft him a proper beskar helmet.
I wonder if maybe Bo and Din will agree to share power, with Bo going for the mythosaur and political rule, while Din symbolically keeps the darksaber and acts as Bo's right-hand man/assistant/general/viceroy. Din clearly doesn't want to be Mandalore, and Bo does, so I doubt they'll really fight over power. Being Mandalore is a huge responsibility and probably too much for one person to bear, but two could manage the job more easily. Perhaps they might even get involved romantically to cement their partnership. That might avoid civil war, at least for as long as their authority lasts. 🤔
People are reading a bit too much into this prophecy, me thinks. The prophecy says the Mythosaur will rise to herald a new age for Mandalore. Key word, herald. It doesn’t allude to anyone taming it or a new ruler taking power. It sounds to me like Bo has inadvertently discovered that the Mythosaur has risen and the new age of Mandalore is very near, but I don’t see her becoming the leader of Mandalore. I think Din has already been chosen for that role and still has to go thru a sort of trial. Kinda like in the Bible with Moses. That said, she’s seeing all the signs come together from a very unique point of view. She had the Darksaber and Mandalore fell. She tried to get it back, and the man who was helping her won it instead, not even knowing what he’d won, and everyone who called her friend left after that. She was alone and now she sees first hand that Din’s beliefs aren’t just fairy tales and they’ve helped his clan grow while hers fell apart. I think fate got tired of waiting for her to wake up and just gave her a swift kick in the ass with seeing the Mythosaur and then her home being destroyed right after and now she’s kinda in shock. She’s gonna have to let go of her past and follow Din if she wants to see Mandalore restored. She wasn’t meant to have the Darksaber, Sabine was. And now she realizes how wrong she was to claim that right for herself and it’s a lot for her to take in.

Think as the Mythasaur as the Jesus of the Mandalorian religion and the Pope as the Darksaber
She has Always had a game plan to lead or be leader of the mandalorians. Now that she is cleansed thanks go saving Din. She now knows if she can ride or capture the mytho animal. She can theoretically claim to be the leader of the mandalorians.
I'm guessing that MANDO will have to fight the MYTHOSAUR in a future episode.

The bigger question in my mind was why Bo Kataan didn't claim the Darksaber when she saved Din. He was defeated and disarmed by the biodroid on Mandalor, she killed it and saved him with it. It should be hers by right.
I think I'd follow the Mandalorian that rode a big giant lizard, that's supposed to be extinct!
The actress who plays Bo Katan gave an explanation of why Bo Katan said nothing about seeing the Mythosaur.
It was in an interview that she recently did.
"Why did Bo-Katan keep that huge reveal to herself? Bo-Katan's longtime portrayer, Katee Sackhoff reveals in a new interview with EW's Dagobah Dispatch that the former Mandalorian leader's intention wasn't nefarious. "She doesn't trust necessarily what she saw. She might have thought that she imagined it," the actress explains, and that "there's so many things that she's trying to process in her head that I don't necessarily think that it's something that she wants to tell anyone about right now."
Sackhoff confesses that because of the hard losses Bo-Katan has suffered, she's naturally cagey. Also, her character doesn't know Din all that well yet, despite respecting him as a warrior and being intrigued by him and his belief system. And it's that belief system that Bo-Katan comes face to face with at the end of the episode when Din brings her to the Children of the Watch's hiding place after her ancestral home is destroyed on Kalevala."

I have a hard time seeing The Armorer or Bo following the other under any circumstance.
Din didn't want to rule, that's why he tried to give Bo the saber. I don't see why they both can't rule as one. Bo with the Mythosaur and Din with the saber could make for a powerful clan…but let's be honest, she isn't going to tame the Mythosaur without Grogu's help.
