Apparently the fourth list was run by the chap behind the Hexfleet Virules chaos blog – they were looking spectacular while stomping the competition! https://www.facebook.com/hexfleetvirules/photos/pcb.1987247538134541/1987247028134592/
I love seeing an entire small Knight army being viable. These codexes are in the running for best of 9th edition because they are strong without being broken. Very little balancing should be required.
lol that wardog spam list was basically what I have planned ;D
I wanna buy some Knights just to paint them at this point
The second list is 2035 points. Should the Crusader have the Thermal Cannon instead of the Rapidfire?
Concerning to not see any dominus class knights in the lists.
Just played my imperial knights against nids. I lost 75% of my army turn one. Sad times.
Can you go over an Ad Mech list using Knight of the Cog with the new Imperial Knights codex?
The knights codex is looking like one of the best balanced and fun codexis to come out in a good minute. Going against them didn't feel overbearing or impossible, but it felt like a solid battle
I ran an almost identical Herpetrax list about 5 days ago and tabled Necrons in 3 turns
I might be hearing it wrong but how does the knight desecrator hit on 2s? Or did you mean just for melee? Really like your videos and a big fan
Tanaris list not valid tho his arminger had wlt that he cant pick. Armigners can only pick the 3 first in the book, cunning comander, blessed by sacrisans, ion bulwark. I did the same mistake in my first game
Any chance you could do a video for souping chaos knights with the different chaos armies? That would be awesome
Im supprised not one FW Knight in any list.
How does the second list get revered knight on an armiger?
Taranis list : you can't give Revered Knight to an armiger class.
"If an IMPERIAL KNIGHTS ARMIGER-CLASS CHARACTER model is your WARLORD, they can only have the Cunning Commander, Blessed by the Sacristans or Ion Bulwark traits." – From the IK Codex
Hey one question; my Knight Crusader can only give ONE model ballistic skill +1 Not both armiger helverins, Right?! Or do i miss understood the rule?
I'm hoping for new combos of stuff. I'm still learning the army but it's so fun only having to manage a hand full of units
I bring a neat Hawkshorud Build, give a knight revered knight and another or the same knight banner of Macharius. Cause of Hawkshorud adding an additional honor you start round 1 with 4. If you do the one secondary where you do an action in the middle and get honor on a 4+ or Defend the realm by the end of your first turn you become virtuous.
Both dominus class a warglaive and a helverin plus a knight warden/galant/paladin
Is the Herpretrax list not legal in Nephilim?
Where is house Hawkshroud?
been thinking about making a Taranis army, BUT with mostly Forgeworld models, so it will be a project that will take a long time to finish.
and themed with knights with Volkites as i love them 😀
Acastus Knight Asterius
Questoris Knight Styrix (Warlord)
2 x Mechanicum Knight Moirax with Volkite Veuglaire and Gyges Siege Claw
2 x Warglaives
1 x Helverin, might make this a 3rd Warglaive instead. 🙂
A Fun fact for people who aren't so much looking for strong Imperial knights as cheesey knights.
A Hawkshroud List with banner of Macharius Triumphant and Revered Knight can be Virtuous turn 2 with Defend the realm
Even without a high Monarch and without fulfilling your other oath.
