Really strange !
Myself and 14 other Navy sailors saw this light pattern at sea off the coast of Maine in 1966. It was dam real and strange at that time. Our sighting happened going on the mid watch at 11:30 pm at night. No other know military actions going on in the area that night. Anyone's guess what it is.

My iPhone 11 Pro has three camera lenses. When I once filmed through a car (in motion) window at dusk, it resulted in the same type of video.

The guy said military flares burn for a couple minutes and sink. In the video, assuming it’s completely legit and not doctored whatsoever, you should be able to see the glowing lights descending and/or burning out. They did neither so I would have to guess it’s not military flares.
