He kinda looks like this guy named Steve who was from Chicago, and had moved back there. He was known to make bad decisions spontaneously… One time he went to party at one of these housing developments on the outskirts of the city. At some point during the party he seen a really nice customized BMX that his friend had, and decided to steal it… Well, he stole it and rode it the 20 miles or so back into town. He brought it straight to my house since he was friends with the guy he stole it from, he knew where Steve lived… Steve realized he made a bad decision, and the only option was to return the bike. So, he eventually answered his phone that had been getting blown up by the guy he stole the bike from. He agreed to return the bike, and ended the call… He then said "I think I'm gonna go back to Chicago". That was the last time I saw Steve… I really hope this isn't him…
