  1. I think Darren Jones should be the leader of the Labour party! He has integrity and is obviously sharp and there's a personality there! He comes off as someone who knows what he's doing as in he seems decisive! All the things Keir Starmer isn't! He's also likeable!

  2. Get it right. Nuclear is great for base load but not good for flexibility in terms of quick load changes. Nuclear stations are lousy at quick load changes due to xenon poisoning of the reactors when load is dropped. This means it takes a while to be able to increase load quickly after reducing it. Nuclear is best used for base load applications. Darren Jones is brilliant. Just what we need to sort out some of our messes.

  3. Looking at the current Tory party, natural reaction is that Darren Jones is massively over qualified to be an MP!! The UK would definitely be a better place with more of his kind in power.

  4. The workplace culture was broken the moment that ego maniac Vince Cable pushed through privatisation. Who would have thought that delivering mail would turn into a stress filled daily trial.

  5. This is great but the P&O sacked staff are still sacked former workers. Postmen and women who have been pushed out of their jobs on completely spurious grounds have no recourse. Existing posties are working in a toxic environment. If there is to be any remedial action on behalf of the rank and file, it needs to be now.

  6. Darren is an excellent, hard working MP – imagine if we could all have an MP like this.. The horizon software scandal destroyed one of my oldest friends, Simon Thompson is a monstrous human being..

  7. I worked at Bulb before they went into administration at the end of 2021 and later saw Darren question Hayden Wood (Bulb CEO) at the select committee. I found him to be very clued in with the realities of the industry, aware of how technology could be used to better the sector, and generally brought an air of rationality and understanding that I'm not accustomed to see in UK politics.

More of him please, hope he progresses and has the integrity he appears to have today.
