I would look at employee history
The "older model Chevy" looks to me like a newer/late model dodge Challenger. And they still have the protective tape on the front splitters. Probably stole that car too.
It would be helpful if management were to boot or double boot their own showroom cars at close of business because thieves are lazy and are always looking for an easy opportunity or at least take out the fuel relay at the end of the day -and of course keep it in a place that the employees only know.
