  1. WOW…this is me…with a few small variations… number (11). Quiet people will beat yo ass if you if you misappropriate their quietness and kindness for weakness…had to do it all my life, which is fucked, but that is/was life…

  2. I remember my best friend from high school also a quiet guy went off to to the same small vocational school I went to after graduating. We were roommates and just chilled on our off time. Stayed to ourselves etc. So much so that the administrator of the school talked to me. He was worried that we were alone to much and not out doing activities like others were. Going to parties, sports etc. I think that most people thought we were going to plot to blow up stuff or something. Lol. I found people to talk to but my circle was always small. Also I didn't really enjoy parties at the time. That took awhile. Just cause you're quiet doesn't mean you don't socialize it just means you are picky. In fact years later out on my own in a different city I found I loved going out to see live music. So obviously I don't mind being around people.

  3. I'm a quiet person also and I can identify with all the 10 facts. I rather use my mental powers instead of my emotional powers. Being emotional and "flying of the handle" will get you into more trouble because do not see what is waiting for you down the road. Quiet people use their mental power to get a bigger picture of what lays ahead, but they also see, hear, and feel everything in their environment/situation because we behave in an analytical cycle of thought processes. One thing my mother told a friend of mine once, "i, as a quiet person, don't say much, but when I do, you better listen".

  4. Number 10 is very accurate. It very much wraps up numbers 1 through 9 in a condensed summary of what the true effect of what being a quiet person is: having good situational awareness. The brain has little time to wander among the sea of conversations and the constant changes of topics discussed so it only focuses on generally everything as a whole. Certain key triggers or oddities in the immediate surroundings are then easy to spot and allows to keep a laser focus on them without much effort. Of course, that is the case for me.

  5. I’m quiet too and I have a soft voice. Sometimes I say nothing, because my voice will be unnoticed in the company. Being quiet is sometimes a punishment. I've been told many times at school that you won't get a job if you're so quiet. Well, that is not true.

  6. Lol, c drôle, si la personne est vraiment tranquille, comment avez vous fait pour savoir ces ' facts '? Cette personne vous le a dit? Donc elle est pas tranquille alors:) c' contradictoire ce que vous voulez montrer. So, before trying to play gaslighting game against any quiet person just because you don't like this person, make sure your point of view is logical…. furthermore, I'm afraid you are far away from being able to gaslight a person ' quiet ' who is in your tiny brain..

  7. It is very true what is said here, as a quiet person, I am always judged and considered a stupid person in the world just because I prefer to be quiet and alone, I don't understand why people think that, I just like peace, is that wrong? can not? why should I be called unworthy of life when I am myself?

  8. Wow, these are some interesting facts. Beware, quiet people are not cowards, and if someone think they can take advantage of that they are in for a huge surprise that could completely change their mindset about quiet people.

  9. wish Introverts are as accepted as extroverts.
Some of us are born this way, and it is difficult to change.
I wish we didn't have to fake ourselves in order to meet the needs of others.
While people accept Lgbtq people, why can't they believe in us introverts?
Simply because we are not talkative or gossipers, we are labelled as dumb and innocent.
Changing ourselves feels like I'm deceiving myself.
There are people who become introverts later in life and people who are born this way.
    Introverts, too, can be beneficial.
Energy drains faster around people, even when we try our hardest; our bodies are born that way; please don't tell us to change.
Extroverts are certainly important to people, but introverts can also be beneficial.
    It's hard

  10. This is me 100%. Growing up in a family where both sides (mom's n dad's side of the family), n my siblings all are talkers, and extrovert.. i'm the odd one that just enjoys listening. I am awful at explaining things i know, and definetly freak out inside when all eyes are on me. (Even had a small wedding bc i didnt want too many eyes on me at once). In my dreams im ok with being the lead singer or someone famous, but in reality- i couldnt do it. I enjoy doing things behind the scenes (like working in the kitchen, or help planning an event that i dont have to go to). I remember my pastor's wife kicking me out of the kitchen on a mission trip bc i would always do the dishes n clean up (which i enjoy doing), but she wanted others to help. Haha.
