Very polluted here in Takuapa as well. Air monitor measured PM 2,5 up to 60 mg/m'. I say goodbye and I choke.
This red car yellow card things seems a bit unthought out to me. So lets say for example that you are silly and get caught with no helmet. You then get a yellow card. Now in order to clear this yellow card you need go home wait until you next holiday time buy a flight ticket for say around 1000 euros or pounds spend 10 hours on an airplane to fly to Thailand. Then wait at the airport while customs tells you you are not allowed to stay in Thailand. They would then lock you up in the airport holding cell for many hours after this you will then be deported and put on the next available flight and fly home another 10 hours or so and most likely your home country will charge you for the cost of the deportation flight cost….. Now wait until the following year for your vacation time again just to get to Thailand. Have I got this right or am I just crazy??
wow 2.5 ..thats high📈 💀 its like sitting basking🦆's for ☣polllution when the sun is added 🤔💭🍗
We are in Jomtien and it’s just as bad here.
It's my first trip to Thailand and may be my last. I'm currently riding around the northern mountains in what should be spectacular scenery but I can't see it, 2km visibility at best. Looking forward to the clear skies of home
Can I drive with a UK license in Thailand?
Lopburi City is virtually one big military base for the thai army.
Also in Lopburi we have a big problem with burning. They really need to stop this ASAP.
Prayut doesn't care about anyone in Thailand except himself. He's done nothing in the last 10 years to move the country forward. 25% of Thai's die prematurely due to air pollution coming from fires and vehicles. The government, the little mafia boys in brown and the PCD haven't done a damn thing because they couldn't care less. What a wasted space these individuals are.
I don’t eat beans and I fart a lot . Would farting cause air pollution
I wonder if the US soldier was drinking the water in the billet? I think that would kill anyone.
As a frequent visitor to Thailand from the US my I meet my wife in Phuket in 2019 ..and shall be visiting again in 4 wks the News if a Surge of Russians to extend 90 day visits 🤔 is interesting…in my previous visits I often found the Russian Tourists in particular Never actually looked very happy there even when they are at the beautiful beaches or out at the many markets 90% of then always seemed to look as if they were returning from Funeral other than awesome Sunset..interested to know if that has charged as Well at least their not having to be in the Front lines back home 😉
great show, we also b urned off our crops after harvest in Canada, then we went to 0 tillage, that means we left our stubble and then planted seeds through the waste. it was better as it kept moisture in the ground more effectively, cheers
The hole almost all city’s it’s katastrophal for life like Manila enjoy jou life happy living tats why iam here in Austria not in this stuped place like Manila or Bangkok we cane drink here water in Austria jou cane drink in Thai or pinoy land I don’t think so so sad life and die together white the riceater Pfui
Chiangrai Aqi pm2.5 ranges from 172 to 215 unhealthy to hazardous.
When this started there were many fires burning on the Thai mountains.
As far as I know most of the smoke comes from burning off the rice stubble and sugar cane. In Malaysia and Singapore most of the smoke appears when the Indonesians burn off in Sumatra. Modernisation of agriculture is on possible solution but not all countries can afford it.
Any explanation as to why Vietnam appears relatively free of fires?
Let me guess, the US serviceman had a head injury. Couldn't be My O Card eyed Us. Naaaaaah.
Yea they're probably burning all the recycling that can't be recycled. Recycling, another bright idea.
Thumbs up 👍 Khun Tim
I can only imagine what tourists say when they get home after visit here. Thailand is so polluted, air water, wild-life.
Never eat meatballs or sausage unless you make them yourself. You just don't know what's in there.
