And the fact that these zombies are surviving more than a few days much less years is ridiculous. The average ant from the moment of infection survives for no more than 10 days before the fungus kills the host. And to make things worse for this show it's based on a average zombie first person shooter game that added seven different forms of zombies because who the hell would want to buy a game where you're shooting one type of zombie.
I don't think people do enough to take advantage of a zombie's auditory senses. You could do so much to distract them like throw objects around, scatter a handful of marbles or ball bearings, or use the millions of audio devices like speakers, walkie talkies, or music players to cripple a zombie's sense of direction.
