Man the lack of dismemberment packs is such a let down and one of the big reasons i keep going back to mw2019 the dismemberment guns in that game are so satisfying in my opinion.
I wish you could equip any tracer and death effect you own on any weapon you want. There should be a tracer and a death effect section on the customization menu for your weapons.

Try the ISO Hemlock using the BLK ammunition, if you have the damascus forge 2 which has the chimera blueprint that has purple tracer, you can equip it to the ISO Hemlock with the BLK ammunition blueprint SUPERHEAT
Still pretty pay to win and you get a pre-made pro-tuned custom class

If you have the Christmas tracer bundle you can use the tracer on any gun that uses 5.56 you just need to use the armor piercing ammo mod
Death effects should 100% be an option hear me out imagine hovering over a weapon and just click whatever the Xbox button is to reload and square on PlayStation and boom all the “death effects” pop up it’s that easy.you still have to pay for the bundle so it’s a win win anyway
