āGeneral Stompingā is the name of my new band!
Why do I want to see Jane commentate on one of these as Prudence! lol
You know they have two arms right? So when you kill the first one, they leave behind two spikes you can use on other enemies.
5:54 andy: shoots necromorph in the head 50 times.
also andy: "i was trying to get his arm off"
Did Dead Space even need a remake? IIRC, the original game has aged fairly well and looks quite decent as-is.
I'm in awe of how casual Andy is about healing. Whenever I play a survival horror I get tense if I'm not at at least 80% health.
Fully agree those toilets are the most horrifying thing about this place
One thing that is a disfavor to the remake is everyone "remembers" how bad the weapons of the original are. They are actually much improved in the remake, but few will know because they believe they are the same as the original.
Fun fact:
The Bat thing was a human as well. It is just morphed alot. There is a great video series from Roanoke about the changes in necromorphs. He also wants to renew them now with the remake.
The Infecter's legs snapped upwards so to speak and skin made the wings then between the torso and the now snapped legs.
Minor Spoilers:
There is a dead infector in a room (won't spoil when or where) you can take a look at while you are in there.
While I said I was going to wait and not watch anything to go in fresh while I'm waiting for my pc to be fixed so I can play this, I can't help watching you videos because they are extremely good. I'm glad we found another scary game you guys are great with horror
The rifle is more for enemies with specific weak points. Where you have to put a lot of damage into one spot quickly. The cutter is more for smaller enemies and is easier to target and take off limbs quickly.
As far as the "why are there babies on the ship" question, they're bred on the ship for the limb replacement room which is where you first encounter them. Still gross though.
20:55 Of everything she's scene on the station, this is by far the scariest thing to Jane…
Andy: "Sorry pal, i did all I could with the information I had at the time…"
just saying: make this a regular thing, and you might be able to rival even the likes of EFA! (Ellen's Fear Academy)
Is this a full playthrough? Please let this be a full playthrough. I miss these!
Followed Jane's drink when there's a necromorph. 40mins latter my bladder exploded. But I'm not thirsty.
Rigor Mortis isn't a permanent thing Mike!, it usually lasts no more than 8 hours.
Why are there so many babies on the Ishimura? Because they are minor miners.
Amazing and nice gameplay šš. My compliments my friend ššhave a Nice Evening!!
āWhy are there so many babies on this ship?ā
Well, I donāt think its explicitly stated but itās hinted at throughout the ship. All over the mining sections there are posters that encourage employees to go to medical if/when they loose fingers or limbs. Add on to that there are bins pictorially labeled with fingers, toes, feet, hands and such in Medical. Want to know something else thatās in that same room or adjacent to the severed body parts room: babies being grown in vats.
Iāll let you connect those dots.
"you can hold your breath for 60 seconds" said Jane forgetting they're in space
Random memory of mutated babiesā¦Doom 3ā¦I mainly hated those because they were simply annoying, being small with wingsā¦very hard to shootā¦the Dantes Inferno ones were pretty annoying
I've just realized who remake Isaac reminds me of. It's Chris Redfield from the OG Resident Evil game.
No one tell Capcom.
Lord I hope you guys plan on doing a full playthrough. This has been so funny
if I'm correct, I believe the reason there's so many babies aboard the ishimura is that they grow human clone bodies for the sake of organ/limb replacement
Thanks outsidexbox for answering my prayers š I hope for more content like this and maybe even longer streams? š
I watched this right after the power wash simulator and kept wondering when they were going to start hosing down those floors. The Ishimura looks almost as bad as Croft Manor
Iāve been slow to catch up on the live stuff and itās the greatest joy finding out this is a part 2.
More oxbox? More Isaac? And I donāt have to play it? Gold. š
I love the banter you guys have in these games, makes it so much fun to watch!
ha has only m60 s of oxygen beacose that is how much can the suit hold
Iāve really been loving all the classic oxbox letās play videos lately!! Didnāt realise how much Iād missed this style of video <3
Bad Andy! If you don't upgrade your pulse rifle it will stay bad!
Much appreciated for Andyās quick-thinking whipping the camera away from the medic at 32:26-ish. Itās gotta be such a constantly-shifting line with playing a horror game for the internet on what to show and what not to. I mean, Iām guessing as content creators there has been no small amount of thought that goes into their approach and ramifications for that, and surely itās not always (rather, maybe not often) an easy call.
