  1. I’m really hoping for a Light World/Dark World/Time Travel mechanic… perhaps the Dark world is the present day, after Ganondorf has awakened and actually conquered Hyrule, and the Light World is in the distant past, before the realm of Skyloft had yet to integrate with the rest of Hyrule, and the surface on that map is bright and happy.

…not sure the lore quite works, and given that we’ve seen fallen chunks of sky island alongside “modern” ruins on the surface, so that can’t be it… but still, two distinct version of the map would be appreciated.

  2. I think that instead of monsters dropping their weapons as loot, they're going to drop the weapon tips that are on their heads to allow the player to construct weapons in this game. The hinox having a wooden spike on its head might mean that it drops what could end up being the handle for a weapon. If the game devs decided to add many new enemies in this game, the difficulty of the enemy could be correlated to the level of the weapon pieces dropped, hence the different spikes on the enemies' heads. Beyond that, the game could allow players to upgrade their crafted weapons to make them more durable or damaging. It's possible that we could see the random weapon buffs from BoTW reappear as buffs that you can decide to add while upgrading your weapon. You could purposely craft a spear with long throw instead of finding an axe with long throw as you would in BoTW.

  3. The passage when corrupted bokoblon is mining can be purely underground, and IS simply underground. The "trees" that we see are mushrooms (and they can developp underground, without light), plus, you can notice an echo when the Boko is beating this special mineral, the type of echo you have when you're in a cave, underground.

  4. I am thinking the huge glowing areas are images/ pictures you have to see high up in the air for what purpose I'm not sure maybe for a puzzle 🤔

I forgot where but there are things like that IRL you have to take an airplane to see them
