Yeah, the pyramids not giving garrison units is actually rather weird.
I imagine the Skavens part in the fall of Nagash is unknown to Arkhan.
They were very secretive about the ordeal, so outside The Council of 13 and possibly Nagash himself, no one could reasonably be expected to know about it.
I forgot they had changed that quest battle! They did indeed used to ambush from the rear quite hard. Lucky for your casket they don't anymore!

So i know you were just cycling through heroes, but wouldn't it be worth to level the ones being deleted, for the canopic jars in the level up tree? or does that not work like it does with other traits like research rate?
we can say that the faction of arkhan would like fedoras so therefore you should a unit of hex wraith/ cairn wraith as the "fedowraiths"
