What if, in times past it has had variations? What if it has variations now or in the future? I am making no claim. Just posing a theory.
There's the irony. We claim to know with a high degree of certainty what will happen to the earth's climate in 100 years time, but we know VERY little about the major driver of the earths climate, the Sun. Go figure!
