15 Ocean Homes That Look Incredible

We choose our homes based on a number of different factors… often based on the ease of travel to where we work, or for the convenient proximity to local services. There’s no doubt, though, that properties with spectacular views are in high demand, and what better thing to look out over every morning when you wake up than the ocean? There is, of course, limited coastal land to develop, so not everyone has the chance to experience this for themselves. We’ve got you covered, though, because we’ve searched far and wide… and, from ones built on manmade islands, to one that’s carved into a cliff, and plenty more… it’s time to travel the world to visit 15 ocean homes that look incredible.

  1. You have full mouth of " environment" and " clean and low energy technology"… But…the failed project in SA , which was ridiculously expensive and environmentally everything but " environmentally safe " you passed that without one word about " carbon print". Hypocrisy in fines.

  2. Wait, how does that one house have 3 car garage when its built into the side of the mountain, with no garages above ground???? is there an elevator under the pool to lift it up to get a car out?

  3. The information is wrong, spitbank Fort is a cavery and a hotel and has been before 2002. The owners will let you rent the room out but it's expensive. I know this because I live in Portsmouth uk, I was born here. The journey to the boat who sails out to Spitbank Fort is around 20 minutes away from where I live. And it was king Henry the 8th who had the forts along Southsea sea front built to stop the French and Spanish invading Portsmouth.
