Authorities have publicly released video showing five Memphis police officers fatally beating a Black man; the beating prompted murder charges against the five officers and outrage at the latest instance of police brutality in the U.S.
Tyre Nichols’ family members and their lawyers, who saw the footage before it was publicly released, said it shows officers savagely beating the 29-year-old FedEx worker for three minutes in an assault that the legal team likened to the infamous 1991 police beating of Los Angeles motorist Rodney King.

BLACK LIVES MATTER. Not to some black men. This has to be one of the worst crimes a black man can commit! He’s given a badge and gun to uphold the law and serve and protect. To be a black police officer and to beat another black man to death, is the saddest and worse thing they could do. Two black officers held this man up, so another black officer could punch him in the face, multiple times! This man did nothing to deserve this! The way they all gathered together to make up a common lie so they could get away with there crime is disgusting and sickening!!

Police pull you from a car, just lay down and put your hands behind your back. That's it. Don't try to roll over, turn on the side, resist your hands back. Just let them put the cutffs on and handle it in court if it even gets there.
