  1. My dad always says this is what happens when parents couldn't beat their kids anymore. Because when he was growing up that was how it was. I don't think he actually means beat, I think he just means having the fear of God in you because you've gotten a hit or 2.

  2. File a complaint. There needs to be consequences. They clearly were unconcerned about giving you brain damage or leaving you permanently injured. You were lucky, the next person may not be. Be a hero and use your platform to insist they are punished to the full extent of the law.

Leniency to criminals is cruelty to victims.

  3. Not the NYC of Frank Sinatra’s once upon a time hit song, “New York, New York”. Evil is a toxic disease that is infectious and is spreading rapidly. And sadly, we whine, wring our hands and let it happen. Bravo for this caring young man who stood up alone to help a victim.

  4. Thank you for standing up for this older man. NY will continue to refuse concealed carry. They just don't get it. We need more people like you. Protect you 2nd amendment. This is what happens when you loose it.

  5. I know other places have crime but New York is the place I would never want to live because they don't have control over there people there, we need to stop accomodating these people by over crowding the jails and prisons and ship them out to other states to serve there time, locking them up is not enough, send them to another state and have someone pick them up when they get out or leave them on the side of the road to defend for them selfs, bus ticket and all that is on them…

  7. Which group of people do this stuff? Could they be part of the 5% that commit 85% of the violent crimes and 55% of the murders in our country? Pat, I would like to solve the puzzle….

  8. This is why so many residents are leaving New York and relocating to states where laws are enforced. Shame on the New York DA, isn't this Chuck Schumer's jurisdiction, also. Maybe if he wasn't so obsessed with Trump, he could see how vicious his city has become, shame on him too.

  9. You HAVE to file a complaint ~ THAT would be the beginning of at least holding those people accountable and perhaps igniting some 'change' in every possible policy or law that would prevent this from happening in the future.

  11. I’m sorry but this is messed up but how do you get beat up by a few 15yr olds? Just kidding, I wonder how many there were because I imagine it would get fun at 3 and uh oh at 4. I’d be upset AF if I had a black eye from a cheap fighting teenager. I’d find them one by one.
