  1. Idt women should be working at men prisons- not because of their size or ability to do the job….but because these men have too much testosterone built up from not having any women.
It’s just a recipe for disaster.

  2. Hey sister Would you think about covering a big case in the U.K (that doesn't get nearly as much coverage as it should). The murders of Jason Swift and Mark Tildesley (among many others) by Sidney Cooke and 'The Dirty Dozen'. You're so amazing and hard working in your research and it really is case that needs more attention. Thanks. x

  3. Myself and three other officers arrested Smith on a traffic stop in the Town of Colonie (suburb of Albany) for rape-sodomy- kidnapping and assault Aug '77. I spent 4 or 5 hours with him, he was very calm and didn't appear to be worried at all. Had no idea he was a serial killer until later that night.

  4. Forensic odontology used to match bite marks especially on human skin is junk science and many cases have been overturned modernly that used that nonsense. They do not use it for evidence anymore. You should do better research for your documentaries.

  5. Lemuel Smith murdered 5 people, which he eventually confessed to. He never confessed for Officer Payant’s murder. He also raped and kidnapped multiple women who put him in jail, prison, back in the 70’s. He was then accused of murdering a woman in 77 or 78. You can lookup his rap sheet. He was an armed robber, and rapist, and upgraded himself to a rapist murderer leaving no witnesses. He admitted to murdering his first victim when he was 16, and the woman was 18 and lived nearby where Smith lived. Smith is 81 and still alive and serving his multiple life sentences.

  6. I remember his case that man was evil as they come!! That’s why women don’t need to work in places like that cause them inmates will sweet them for sex and get it and some talk to a CO woman and get mad if she don’t like the inmate and they can lose their life. I’ll never let my wife or 2 daughter’s work in a place like that.

  7. My step father was put in the witness protection program in 72 for turning on the Mafia..He was a lobbyist on Capitol Hill. He provided coke, prostitutes and committed 2 murders. The info on the case was just released. I've been obsessed with the mob..Scarfo..holy crap
Castellano and Dapper Dumb ass Don were awful.

  8. Identifying a perp by bite marks on human tissue is pseudo-scientific. If the suspect hasn't really unusual teeth (like f.e. Bundy had) it's really not an adequate way to positively identify the biter. In many cases in which "bite marks"-analyse reports led to live-in-prison-sentences, those "bite marks" have later been proven to not be human bite marks at all, but to be marks caused by insects or small crabs. If they're the only "physical evidence" connecting somebody to a crime, they shouldn't bee used at all, as they mostly prove jackshit.

  9. Being that he already had life & was no sentenced to death, & death row is 23 hours a day locked in your cell with only one hour out on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, to get a shower or go to the yard wich is just a small metal fenced in cage that resembles a dog kennel. The only open air or view they can see is the sky above them. All they can do is pace back & forth I these dog kennels for one hour a day three times a week if they want fresh air & their in these cages by them selves. I say this because this idiot said at the end that he's already doing life & he can steal, rape, murder & do drugs. Well, you can't do anything like that in solitary confinement as death row is being in solitary for the rest of your life until they come & drag you out of that cell & strap you into a chair or on to a gurney. And the psychological effects of what solitary does to almost every human being is the worst form of torcher as people litteraly go crazy & develop numerous mental issues . I've seen people litteraly cover them own faces with their own feces & smear it everywhere in their cells & I've also seen people hang themselves & cut their own throats, & other veins on their bodies & kill themselves . Nobody does anything to prevent this from happening & in a lot of cases the nurses & other C.O.'s are so fed up with said person from daily attemps to act out with their feces & urine or cutting themselves covering the cell in blood they just let the person go ahead & kill themselves even telling the person their only doing it for attention & they are cowards & why don't they prove to them their actually crazy & kill themselves & in a lot of cases they do & have done it. Even if this guy got off death row & was sent back to general population I guarantee you you he's fucked up way more psychologically than he was before he spent all those years on death wow & he'll live with that mental torcher until he dies.

  10. i say the large hyper-sexual & violent black man is innocent, and the small, peaceful White woman is guilty.

The Left, media, Dims and BLM say i HAVE to..
and they say that all black people are good,
and that all White people are bad.

  11. I lived in Dannemora for a minute so now I'm glued to this story. I also used to tend bar at "Breakout Saloon" directly outside the prison. Perfect for the guys who got off at 2300.

  12. Putting a woman into a prison filled with the worst of men is the main crime here. Making sure women can get into any job a man does is a modern feminist activity and is certainly lacking in common-sense. There is no need for a woman to be in such a place, she should have only been working in a woman's prison or elsewhere. We all know women like to only do the easy jobs and leave the hard and dirty jobs to men but for any woman to think this is a good idea shows a real lack of intelligence and awareness; that is what happens when people become feminists or activists. The ideology clouds the reasoning ability.
She obviously thought she could control this man in a general sense and sometimes women believe they can "tame the beast", it's a common and foolish idea. Most people would not put themselves at risk like that. Her choice of employment was very unwise. Just my opinion. Regards to all.

  13. Isn't it great the laws are based on Christian morals? So the law can take pity on the criminals like this pos, and let them live . It's weak laws and weak people that allow scum like this to exist.

  14. This is where the death sentence is really useful. If this pos had been put down within weeks of being put in jail prison staff would not be at risk. Obviously the above applies if the evidence of guilt is 100% lock tight.

  15. And why don't we hand mfs anymore? And Al sharpton is the biggest piece of garbage on the planet, the biggest hate monger, and responsible for perpetuating the most hate and didn't deserve to even be mentioned by name in this video or any other for that matter

  16. Anyone who can stand up for these monsters is insane, fair enough I'd theirs a good enough reason but to try get a monster like this odd on lesser charges or alike needs to start considering the public & not the money that goes into their bank accounts because that's all it's about.

  19. I was born and raised in the State of New York and watched a once great state go down the toilet. The Democrats will do for America what they have done for New York. When Kunstler died, I think it was a heart attack, in the late 1990's we were celebrating. I worked for NYS Department of Corrections as a Teacher and can tell you that the Guards will little better than the Inmates. The Guard who was responsible for protecting my life, wrote a letter to my Supervisor saying he was going to ring my neck. I quit soon afterward. Now, this is a job working for the State of NY. You won the lottery. There was a shortage of Teachers and I know why. If NYS has difficulty hiring people, something is wrong. Very wrong. I was in the military and the Inmates were not much different than the people I served with in the military. They would tell me their crimes and we would laugh and I would bust their balls. Of course, they were all not guilty, wink, wink. The Inmates liked me and the Guards did not like it. The Department of Corrections thought every civilian employee was bringing in drugs for the Inmates, or the women were having sex with the Inmates. They did not trust us at all. I can speak Spanish, and the Puerto Rican Inmates would talk to each other in Spanish of course and I knew what they were saying. They respected me. Green Haven is what they call a "Gladiator School," very tough.

  20. Why does it have to be a Black thing. It detracts from the real issues faced by Black people. This man was a murderer full stop, so I as a Black woman who fights for social justice, have no compassion for people like Smith be he Black, White or any other colour. Why should he complain about discrimination when he discriminated against women, taking their lives like he had the right to do this. People who campaign for him are just as bad as him and looking for fame. Noting is wrong with him mentally, he is just evil.
