**Overnight French Toast Casserole –
– 1 loaf of bread
– 8 eggs
– 2 cups half and half
– 1/2 cup of milk
– 3 tbsp sugar
– 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix. Once mixed pour over bread and put in fridge overnight.
Crunch topping (Add before putting in oven)
– 1 1/2 sticks butter softened
– 1 cup light brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Thanks for telling us the truth we need to know. I quite my job as a medical practitioner last 2 years after 10 years in the field. It was not an easy decision. But in life we all know one thing and that it is too short to dread going to work every day. Friends am not saying you should quit your job, no amount of money can buy happiness you just got to be wise 🙂. This channel is one of the best I have ever seen so far, you're awesome. 😘

You'll be happier and bet you could save some of that 6 figure previous income. I left he medical field after 20 years and was self employed for 12 years, sold my business and now enjoying farming. Best leap of faith I ever took! All the best to you and Jenn! Be happy and remember it's not how much you make it's how much you keep and what you do with it. Enjoy the journey!

I know I'm not doing what my ancestors would of wanted in my current job.

congrats and I hope you guys are super successful. I was wondering if there is such a thing as goldenrod extract to tincture. I had a bunch of golden rod weeds growing on our property last fall, I did some research on it, and found it to be medicinal for my urinary system. So before the last frost we cut all the plants, flower and leaves. I let them dry and put it all in 2 quart jars. Every night before bedtime I make myself some tea with about a heaping tablespoon. It helps me from having to go pee every hour. It causes my kidneys to flush and leaves me dry. I feel it is God sent. I've found that some of the weeds that grow on our property seem to be medicinal for us. thnx for sharing and I pray God blesses you both in all your ventures.
