When I saw it as you were just starting I saw the "legoish" graphics and was not thrilled. After seeing the gameplay though…. I'm buying this next month. I hope to see you do some more of it before then though, so I have a little more of an idea of what to do and not do before I have to do it myself. Side Note: If I had 4 mopeds, I would probably have 3 doing orders to get money and have 1 going to the scrap yard because the sooner you can get cars the better chance you'll have of getting the big payouts from the timed orders, or maybe the university to get the cutting/drying improvements.

When you're "drying" weed it's going to make the quality go up. You should cure weed for at LEAST 30 days. But I prefer to cure for 4-5 months.

I saw a lot of comments on Steam too, that the NPC need-fulfilling system doesn't work very well. Lots of people dying for no reason, because they won't fulfill their own needs. It doesn't seem like much when you're just running this one factory, but it would be super annoying with buildings spread out everywhere and tons of employees.
I'm gonna wait for some more patches, even though this looks like a lot of fun at first. It's not an expensive game, so 15% off is like 3 bucks.

I think its less that you need more janitors, and more that you went to big starting out. Also, distance from the light effects quality to. Maybe you need to just have the grass a certain distance to produce no-star product?
Also, if the grass gains a star during the drying process, why not reduce the light till you grow 2 star and then it gains that final third star while drying. less light cost.
