He said Monday’s meeting between Health Secretary Steve Barclay and unions is “really important” but he indicated only the next financial year’s pay is up for discussion.

Government officials spend crazy money on snitching and snoops but have nothing for real people doing real jobs, pathetic.
How can he lie like this?
The prime minister should not not be able to either dodge questions or not answer in simple yes/no terms. He is a public servant and needs to be held accountable and answer questions affecting the public.
Man’s a criminal and a pillock
What did they think was going to happen after years of cuts????..we can't hold up the NHS any longer!!!! Fair pay and more staff I'm working 2-3 people's jobs every shift!!!
The 'elite' boarding schools are bred to believe they are the zookeepers of us, the animals. The problem now for the zookeepers is that the animals are very unhappy…and they are outnumbered by the millions of us.
Criminal.
Such a liar
TO LITTLE TOO LATE
“OH,NO HE ISNT !!!” Listen to what he says. Another lying Tory PM.
He’s a slippery slippery man.
God these rich Tories are so terrified of giving "poor" , working class people money aren't they ! God forbid if we are ever paid enough to buy food …. Outrageous suggestion and thought !! Where would the money come from then to heat his mansion and indoor swimming pool !
💩🍌
he will NOT answer your question. do not waste your breath. he must ask his masters at the WEF first before he is allowed to even move a finger.
sometimes I believe he's Sasha Baren Cohen playing the long game.
The prime minister should go and shadow a senior Nurse on a night shift at a bus A&E dept, also if he gives the nurses a decent Pay rise and better conditions, many private nurses will lreturn to the NHS,part time nurses should be payed overtime rates when they go over their contracted hours, cheaper than paying agency or bank nurse to cover extra shifts
Why would he be bothered about the NHS when he uses private health care…
or you could just stop funding the proxy war in ukraine and fund our nhs instead?
weird how they can muster up billions and billions when it comes to war but when it comes to spending anything on the british people they have nothing.
Unelected,no mandate…
"Can you confirm if we're talking about 22-23?"
"We are LITERALLY talking about 23-24!"
"No but I mean this years pay.
"Yes we ARE talking about next year"
What a prime minister
Privatisation incoming, you voted for it
Hint? He described the negotiations for the next pay deal not this years. He, not once, gave ground on that. The simple fact is he is trying to appear conciliatory whilst having no intention of meeting nurses demands.
I left my job in the nhs and leaving this place of trash
🙄 Who do this government think they are speaking to? Do they think we are that naive to believe a word they say 🙄.
He’s willing to talk about reasonable pay claims, but not about 19 percent rises in salary. The Union said they could meet half way. Lets see.
Sunak for goodness sake.
When we had the Pandemic they were our heroes and we clapped our hands.
Is that it !
Enough is Enough give the nurses what they deserve one day you might need them although I suspect you have your own private nurse tucked away at home on 24 hour call
Go on show us all do the right thing I guess you have a heart.
Give them the Salary give them the reward they deserve you never know you might get a thank you.
Do it now before you leave number 10 in 2024!
Thank you Mr Sunak for bringing UK to its golden time, genetically your race is way far superior compared to "them" ….. Thank you India 👍👍
so thats a no, just another twit
MPs are the unofficial trade union equivalent for the oligarchs. Donations to individual politician's or political parties are union fees. But the Tories are the worst. They are real extremists the way it's going the others are not far behind. It's a chess game to them. The masses are the pawns to be exploited the MP's and oligarchs partnership help each other. It's not a democracy it's a plutocracy with voting rights to maintain the illusion of democracy. The Tories go on about Union Barons. They are the real union barons getting workers money in donations (l call union fees) from Employer's who want tighter laws passed against their own workforces. Traditional trade unions cannot pass laws to protect their interests that is the difference. Rishi Sunak is the union barons for the oligarchs Prime Minister. Davey and Starmer aren't much better. Taxpayers money floods up, trickle down is a joke. We have an inverted Nanny State. Politician's and their oligarch partners are isolated from the market unlike the pawns who are subjected to market forces. Like 2008 the pawns money protects the architects of the neoliberal fascism the masses are now live under.
