negative reinforcement is the removal of an unwanted stimulus like nagging your kids to clean their rooms then they do so you stop nagging the nagging is the negative part the stopping of the nagging is the reinforcement part, spraying a cat with a spray bottle is punishment and ethics aside punishment is more effective then reinforcement in achieving or eliminating a behaviour its not as effective long term, harder to maintain behavioural goals and just teaches your cat not to trust you, every time your cat interacts with your daughter while she is on her laptop and it doesnt bite the screen funnel treats into its mouth, every time it starts biting remove the laptop not the cat, you dont want to give the cat attention for inappropriate behaviours, and in less then two weeks your cat wont even think about biting the laptop screen

Concerning the camera recording limit. One trick is to get a remote trigger with a timelapse/sequence timer. Set it to trigger after 29 minutes and 59 seconds and it will restart the recording automatically to a new file. Doesn't work on all cameras and timers and you will need to fiddle with some settings, but you can bypass that 29:59. But you will lose a few frames at the restart depending on the camera and timer. Alternately, Elgato makes a half decent 4K USB capture, albeit it only does 30p at 4K.

Problem with book vs movie is most books have 8 to 20 hours of content so movie needs to be hacked into 2 or three hours of info.
The time limit is actually so it stops people recording movies in the cinemas, and you can actually get a attachments that will reset the timer within seconds

Read The Martian, even if you've seen the movie. They compliment each other and book had details and scenarios that were cut from the movie so it's still interesting even knowing the basic plot
