Sbel- I'm Italian and I agree to a point. However, stuffed shells have half the ingredients as lasagna. They should, anyway.
If you only ever have the same red sauce on pasta then you might consider trying a few different versions like bolognese, marinara or arrabiata. My favorite red sauce is arrabiata.
White sauces can vary as well but I don't bother with any besides homemade carbonara or a simple angel hair pasta with Romano or Asiago, butter and chives.
Wheat is a problem for some but there's spinach or lentil based pasta.
You can use a tiny bit of vinegar in cool water to wash fruit or vegetables. Dish soap?

3:27:15…a couple of years ago, on vacation in Panama City, the elevators were messed up at the condos we were staying in. You could either wait 15 minutes for the elevator and cram in with 10 other people or take the stairwell. I walked 21 flights of stairs at least twice a day. And the stairwell smelled like piss. 😩
