  1. …. well… you wouldn't have to worry about losing your dog so much if you only had the restraint to keep your dog on a leash while out on the road.

    Some month or two ago, I was driving my way home and I saw a woman on one side of the street and what appeared to be her dog (looked to be a puppy) run across the street.

    And the woman was alarmed because I could have ran over the dog.

    Just stupid people. You don't know how a dog might react. They could just run off to chase a squirrel, another dog, or another person.

    That's why you keep your goddamn dog on a leash while in public. That will prevent alot of random dog attacks, and also prevent dogs getting ran over by cars.
