The largest reservoir in the United States, Lake Mead, was created by the Hoover Dam on the Colorado River spans Nevada and Arizona and provides electricity to hundreds of thousands of locals. Due to the current drought in the western United States, it has been rapidly nearing the dead pool level. At about 1,040.71 feet during summer this year, the lake’s water levels were at their lowest point since the early 1930s.
The amount of precipitation is one of the major factors that determine the water levels in Lake Mead. It varies seasonally because of the winter snowpack flowing from the Rocky Mountains down to the valley. However, due to climate change, it is getting harder to predict seasonal weather patterns. Thus, despite some recent increase in water levels, the lake is only 27 percent full.

Nevada gets 2% of lake mead water. Tell me, are 3 million people less important than the other 98% of water usages, especially the CA farmlands?

The buildings can be built at or extremely near the point of sale locations, reducing trucking traffic.
It is critical that the United States has this water. Hold the water back until it is at full pool again. It is very simple.
