For those of you who immediately want to ask "what about the ones I already own?" First, this is an open letter to FFLs (says that in the title). So this letter will dictate how they can and cannot sell these items moving forward. Second, for those who already own one or have built a firearm from one of these, as you will recall from the other videos that we have done on this subject, untraceable firearms DO NOT need to become traceable firearms (under these new ATF Rules) unless they enter into the inventory of an FFL for any reason. So, under this new Open Letter, do all of you have to run out and get these firearms serialized right now or ATF is going to come kick in your door? That is not the situation based upon this information. Stay safe.

Guidance and rules are not laws. Unless it makes it into the CFR it's not law therefore not enforceable.
The ATF is a completely useless organization and should be abolished. Even if ur not a gun person their alchohal and tobacco laws are just as moronic
If it's all about terminology then we all should stop calling them firearms they are just ARMS we have the right under the 2nd amendment to bear those ARMS, and nowhere in there does it say the government has a right to decide which ARMS We can or cannot bear.
We need to remember that we are the people and we can change The laws But we have to be United to do so.

What we need is manufactures to stop bidding on contracts. I can tell you as a OEM manufacturer for many national brands of tactical nylon gear, that only a small portion of those brands revenue come from government contracts. Sure, when the big contract hits it is big $$$$$$$ but afterwards they count on the civilian market to pay the bills. Start making your NRA Rep and your wallet demand no more Government contracts will be bid on and fullfilled until this tyranny stops. This is such BS, now firearm manufactures are going to re engineer how they build guns because the incomplete frames now have to be serialized, this is a big deal for FFL’s that build guns as well.

What difference does this make? Anyone in the us should be able to walk into a store and walk out with a gun. Filling out any form giving them permission to keep you from getting a gun seems like an infringement to me. Don't get me started on felons. The 2A has been gone for years

Washington gun law they say polymer and striker fire style so does that mean u can still do the 1911 style kits legally due to being non polymer and hammer
