  2. Excellent! I once met John Culshaw at the airport in Barbados when the aircraft had a fault and we were all stranded on the island for two more days. I did suggest to him that if he was really George Bush he would get this sorted immediately and it was a very pleasant short conversation. However he and the rest of the elite passengers got a transfer to another flight while we remained behind …… mind you things went very well, we were put up at the Villa Nova hotel, the former residence of Sir Anthony Eden, and visited by Queen Elizabeth, Winston Churchill, Peter Sellars and many other celebs. It was a very tough 2 days ….. John Culshaw really should have stayed on and mixed it with the rest of us.
