Remember, that originally the Biden administration proposed 37.7 bollion dollars for helping Ukraine in 2023. But the U.S. congress decided just after Zelenskyi's trip to accept an additional 7.3 billion dollars for the help to Ukraine. Quite a difference. I am not sure, how important effect the trip of presidet Zelenskyi had to that increase, but it might have been a substantial one. This trip was in many ways a smashing success in the U.S. and it made the pro-Ukraine block in the congress easier to increase the size of this help package.
Now the support of th U.S. to Ukraine will increase to a staggeing 110 billion dollars. That will surely create pressure to us In EU to increase our economical and military support to Ukraine so, that the average American tax payer would not suffer too much financing the Ukrainian fighting. Glory to Ukraine ! Glory to the heroes and Joe Biden !

It is clear that Ukraine has a much larger force in the field than Russia and more highly accurate artillery. Russia has/had more tanks and general artillery.
Ukraine attacks Russian positions and withdraws. Then Ukraine targets Russian depots with HIMARS to deplete their stocks at the frontline. Then they keep up with probing attacks and draw Russia into firing at them and then withdraw to fortified positions.
This has Russia depleting their stocks further and leaving soldiers in exposed unfortified positions, then Ukraine attacks before Russia fortifies properly.
Why has this simple tactic continued to work? The level of Russian corruption and "Vranyo" means that Russia does not have the capabilities that leadership thinks they have, and leadership isn't clear about how bad it is on the ground.
