  1. I assume you have seen the defamation and slander posts against you on the darkside Facebook group. Whether the allegations are true or not, they need to be dealt with.

  2. Hi Trevor I'm a straight. But it might be interesting to be more inclusive we all know if you are a bloke almost anything you like to do you should find someone to do it with. I'm curious if a woman wants to take a walk on the wild side could she get any action. Ie could she bar fine a girl or a boy for that matter. Still love your chanel. Cheers

  3. I have a topic you may find interesting, Trevor. I live in Chiang Mai but just took an 8 day holiday up in Chiang Rai. As usual I researched hotels and restaurants on the net, booked the former and d off I went.
It was something of a disaster. I stayed at a 5k Baht hotel and they were badly understaffed and did not live up to their on line persona, like it was a bad dating site.
Covid has devastated hospitality but on line are not updated. Restaurants have closed and 5 stars become 2 stars. Reviews older than 2 months are useless.
It is a boon to travel agents but the net has truly become fake news when it comes to travel. Perhaps your channel could maintain data on what you can verify; the living and the dead.

  4. Disappointed in Pattaya. All the hot girls have young boyfriends and are happy with lady drinks.
The Internet and the friggin Chinese throwing money around have screwed things up for a older gentleman. Even a fit good looking gentleman.
Is what it is…. Glad I got to experience several times while I was considered a "king". Lol. Can't compete with the young muscle boys with cash. Thats life….

  5. I imagine traveling to remote island to make first contact with a Stone Age tribe. Only to find that some British guy has been resident there for twenty years and has the whole place sorted out.

  6. If closing time gets later, give a thought to the workers. The girls who entertain customers get to go home at closing time, or often earlier 🤨, but the poor barmaids and cashiers have chores to do even afterwards and they already work very long hours.

  7. The 2am close makes economic sense, in that by making places close earlier would in theory have people awake earlier during the day, in the hope that they dont sleep all day and spend money on more services/ shops/ attractions that are open during the day. Spreading the wealth instead of enriching only one sector of the nightlife economy.

  8. Everyone complaining about £20 for a Sunday dinner, so glad I don't live in Pattaya. Just full of cheap penny pinchers. Living in Bangkok and just using Pattaya for short holidays is definitely the move for anyone that's considering coming here.

  9. When I was last in Pattaya living near New Plaza,I used to leave my acommadation at midnight to visit the very popular Lock n Load and Crewe bars on NP that did kareoke and stayed open till after 4 am.These two bars didnt get busy before 11 pm .After 12midnight lots of Thai girls arrived from other venues like soi 7/8 etc and office jobs etc thus being the reason the owners didnt think reopening would be worth it due to that 2 am infantile ruling.

  11. Koh Larn is nice. The touristy beach is on the opposite side of the island as you said, but when you get off the ferry and walk along the road to the left you do come to an interesting area with a couple of very nice bars and some good accommodation built on stilts into the sea. Very romantic sitting on your veranda with the lights of Pattaya just across the water.
