i dont understand this stupid clock puzzle

This was a incredibly hard puzzle , I would have been stuck here for a while had i not known they have to match the time of the clocks surrounding them. Love this game tho had me in jump scare city lol.
How am I supposed to know the time that I have to change the clocks to. is there a specific clock I have to look at to know which clocks faces I have to grab

me and my buddy have to clocks in the clock room with 8:20, but we can only find one with 8:20 to match?
