If Dark tide is your first foray into the grim dark Universe of Warhammer 40000, you probably have lots of questions. Who is the god emperor? What is the Inquisition? and what’s that creepy monster man hiding in the medicade stations?
Dark tide is hands down the best Warhammer 40000 game we have gotten in a long time. it perfectly captures just how brutal the universe really is. That being said, it can be really confusing for new people. the game throws you right into the grim dark and doesn’t hold your hand. today were gonna answer all the questions new people tend to ask without making it to complicated.

From Fatshark themselve i finally want to see another God then nurgle…always told all my Friends how lame it is to always have Nurgle everywhere….
I got a question ( anyone who knows Warhammer) if the warp is where all the souls goes when you die does that mean if the god emperor ever really died from his throne malfunctioning would that mean his soul would go to the warp and suffer with everyone else? Sorry if my question is confusing

I would say a key point you missed was the penances you do to gain insignias. I think people would be interested on what they are. Kuz I mean come on there pretty cool. Yes some of them are just words or sentences to live by in the emporium but some also have deeper meaning.
i disagree about the traitor guard being chaos undivided, i do believe that evidence shown in the snippets from the "broadcasts" on fatshark's channel seem to elude too the guard bringing the plagues with them which suggests thay are aligned with the Grandfather himself

Just pointing out that it seems that the reason why AI is so strictly banned is indeed because of the rebellion of the "Iron Men" at the end of the Dark Age of Technology, but it runs a bit deeper than that.
The corrupting influence of Chaos is ever-present, everywhere, all the time. This is also the reason why faith in the Emperor and strength of will are necessary virtues among the people of the Imperium, to avoid the whispers of daemonic powers influencing the populace.
An AI, however, has no living will, and therefore, no defense against corruption by Chaos.
Presumably, even if an AI was good by nature, almost as soon as it becomes self-aware, the beings in the Immaterium will sense it and easily corrupt it.
Here's my question how do all of the playable characters in lore not get infected when killing all these diseased followers of nurgal?
I'm hoping for playable Underhive gangers, Scum, Bounty Hunters, Death Cultists, Commissars, Sisters Repentia and maybe minor Heretek's. Also, a wide and varied arsenal would be great. I don't know about the rights issues, but there was a shotgun in Dark Heresy called the Meat-hammer that I've always wanted to see. The other ideas I have I just don't think are doable in this game.
Given that there's a LOT of banter around ratlings in th game and that we have 5 character creation slots…do you think ratling gunners will be added? @WesHammer
As someone that has been in the 40k fandom for some time this video works amazingly as an interdiction to the universe and a recap for existing people.

Scabs are not chaos undivided, they are nurgle followers, they display 7 and commander is whispering 7 during fight which is nurgle number.

I'm guessing the reason why Nurgle is used a lot in games is because he has the easiest and widest array of enemies to pick from. Khorne wouldn't exactly hold back and just throw small enemies. He'd probably toss extremely boss-like levels of enemies as 'fodder' probably not something a squad of 4 men can take. Tzeentch… Are you REALLY fighting Tzeentch? lmao Slaanesh you'd probably need an R18 rating for the game. lol just my opinion tho!

I really hope they add a Tempestus Scion and Adeptas Arbites Class or at least Uniform to the game. I bet the Arbites voicelines would be interesting. Either having to work with criminals or being a former Arbites turned criminal him/herself.
Hey Wes, unrelated request here. Can you do a “year in review” type of video since it’s the near the end of the year? As someone who has recently discovered your channel (loving your videos btw), it would be nice to get a summary of how much your channel has grown, where you find yourself now, and where you see the channel going next year. I bet that would get you some more traction too. I have recently discovered a few random youtubers that I like because they made similar videos that got fed into the YouTube algorithm. Wouldn’t have discovered them otherwise.
