  4. We were so very blessed to hear Elder Soares at a recent special area devotional. It was in Spanish, dedicated to Spanish-language members. He shared with us the Prophet's and Apostles' vision of us sharing our culture's gifts to all around us in the Church. He reminded us that all cultures have something to bring to the work of the Gathering. It was a special evening—and ironically, I'm not fluent in Spanish and my husband had to translate for me😂 But the Spirit was strong and testified of his and the Brethren's love. Elder Soares spoke of his many months of study of Spanish. His accent and speaking was as if he is a native speaker. 🙏🙏🙏 The Lord has sent us leaders to follow —and to comfort us.

  9. Fico feliz em ouvi-lo alegremente falar do seu amor pelo SalvadorJesus Cristo e pelo profetas. Sinto o vosso amor por eles. Como o Mach Wilberg regendo Graças damos o Deus por um profeta, fazendo o povo de Deus cantar harmoniosamente como o Coro. A época de Natal é muito especial, estudando o discurso do presidente Russel M.Nelson hoje mais cedo, pude sentir a verdade e luz de Deus em suas palavras proféticas e o Espírito testificar me a verdade, encontrar descanso vencendo o mundo.Anotei tudo, ele pediu.
    A imagem do presépio traz essa recordação também, suas palavras, em minha mente o descanso de Jesus nos braços de sua mãe Maria e pai José e o seu bercinho aquecido pelo amor e cuidado deles dois ao filhinho divino o menino Jesus em um humilde estábulo, merece milhões de imagens das crianças dos artistas, de todos os que amam e creem em Jesus e num mundo feliz! Viva ao Natal!
