  1. That comment about always chasing that original high of learning a new recipe for the first time and optimising it's layout really strikes true for me, once you've had the rush of seeing it optimised and working you are forever chasing it again.

  2. I always heard it's better to have a circular belt for the ammo, this way if there are attacks on multiple sides the ammo is always everywhere. Now you can have a deficit in some spots. Its only for later if there are constant multiple attacks on your wall, so it should be fine for a long while.

  3. I usually download the Blueprints, study them a bit in the viewer before put it them, study them a bit more to see how it works, make the connections with the resources, check what works and what doesn't, check if what doesn't work it's because i haven't unlocked the recipe with research (usually it is) sometimes it doesn't work because the creator "forgot" to put an insert or a power pole in some strategic place, after i finally understand the flow of the blueprint, i tend to modify or adapt it to my liking, sometimes I take small parts of them and insert them into other production lines, like the red and green science factory, i normally put it at the end of the early game mall, where I have surplus of iron, copper, gears and green circuits, after all this game is like a big visual flowchart or programming language
