I had a love hate thing with this game. Loved the gameplay but ultimately could not win the campaign.

One of my favourite games of all-time. The alien species were truly “alien” (not just variants of humans) and the music and sound were epic. True open-world space gameplay that inspired many games to follow. Happy 30th Anniversary to Star Control II: The Ur-Quran Masters!
