This doesn’t make no sense they had plenty of cars there were they could’ve surrounded and stop this guy had to start now what if he went on and hurt somebody or killed killed him

Sorry to say, spike strips didn't work. IF they did, the tires would have been flat within about 15 seconds or less, especially at these speeds.
