  1. So I've had the chance to get a kibo early and I will tell you on playtesting, the banana ability is 100% a ruse. Its cool to do SOMETIMES but with the treasure meta coming up, kibo is a STRONG treasure hater. Plus there are some cool apes/monkeys that synergies with blowing up artifacts. I am more than happy to elaborate if needed

  2. Love all the content and appreciate all your thoughts and takes as magic players. Really helps me as a player. I like to play less popular and weaker commanders and would be cool to see you two try to make the most out of limited options.

  3. It's so sad to hear about the death of Agrus Kos, I would love to hear more about how he got in the middle of Urza and Mishra's dispute for the Weakstone and the Powerstone and how Tocasia wasn't even there.

Runners up for exciting new cards to me: Ashcoat and Kenessos. ;p

  7. Isu will be really fun for Snow stuff, Ardoz fits perfectly into my Purphoros goblins deck and we got some neat toys for other assorted archetypes. Not a bad Jumpstart

  8. Just the other day I discovered that I can print proxies of my deck directly off of Moxfield, and it even lets me select which ones to print. Absolute game changer, and the proxies look way better than the ones from the other website I had been using to proxy!

  9. Championship Title:
    3 colorless
    Equip 5
    +3/+3
Equipped creature can also attack off the top rope
If you control a creature that has a name that is the same as a real person who has obtained a championship wrestling title, it may equip Championship Title for 0 at instant speed. If they successfully equip Champion Title, create a Metal Folding Chair artifact equipment. It does exactly what you think it does.

  10. IMO Auntie is a little underrated in power. Red has a lot of symmetrical group slug effects, your Mana Barbs, Pyrohemias, Zo-Zus, Repercussions, all that jazz, as well as damage amplifiers like Fiery Emancipation. Auntie turns these effects a lot more one-sided, so that's where she will thrive, I think. Unlike most comparable Punisher commanders, like Torbran, she has more of a toolbox approach. She has the ability to completely refund your life lost if you give her lifelink, can snipe a key creature or a well-defended player trying to stabilize, and can counter lifegain decks by going in for commander damage.

  11. I was considering Rodolf Duskbringer for my friends Oloro deck. He runs a lot of board wipes and Rodolf will always be indestructible on his turn. Then he can bring back something that died in the end step to top it off. Outside that there is more potential for him over the other two that share the same effect and that is he is not just mono white. Black has a lot of ways to put what you want in the graveyard so I expect to see a lot of graveyard interaction if this enters my meta. That's extra bad for me since I heavily use the graveyard for a lot of different strategies.
