LIVE COVERAGE: Johnny Depp v Amber Heard Defamation Trial
Actor Johnny Depp is suing ex-wife Amber Heard for $50 million for defamation in connection with Heard’s 2018 Washington Post op-ed, in which she spoke out about being the victim of domestic violence. Heard’s article did not specifically name Depp as her alleged abuser, but according to Depp’s lawsuit, it relied “on the central premise that Ms. Heard was a domestic abuse victim and that Mr. Depp perpetrated domestic violence against her.” Amber Heard is counter-suing Depp for $100 million.
The defamation trial began Monday in Fairfax County Circuit Court in Virginia, with jury selection completing on the same day. At 6:35, I just noticed the only time I see Amber get genuinely upset and looks like she may have just shed a real tear. It’s when JD’s text to Christian Carino is being read. Watch her face when “what I once thought was love for this gold digging, low level, dime a dozen…” especially the part about him meeting a “sublime little Russian” and “realize the time I blew on that 50 cent stripper” Her very real reactions in this moment are Exactly what you would see from a current girlfriend…it’s like those comments genuinely hurt her very current feelings and love (read obsession) for him. You only get that offended if you are still in love…I thought she was just overplaying the whole “I still love him” nonsense, but this reaction suggests something different. She still has feelings for him, so creepy.

i know I'm late with this comment, but while JD testifying again here, looking at her and her smirking, doesn't represent a victim of domestic violence. at all neither a person who suffers PDST or whatever that is called! haha.. represents a malicious crazy B** she said in her testimony that she wanted JD to leave her alone and finish all this, and he did, the problem is coz she did not win then she is doing the opposite, thnx GOD and Karma, her insurance, Australia and the obligation for her to pay the JD b4 she appeals, will eat her alive.. because neither of that she can pay… she is truly a pretty face with no heart… Thnx for hearing, i learn more about JD, never his fan always respected him as an artist but nothing else, but now… I fully support him and makes me so happy he is doing well, coz he deserves it, still I'm still not a fan… I'm truly happy for him. Most of her "bruises" are on the right side of her face. Johnny is right handed. If he was smacking her around, her bruises would be on the left side, and would certainly be more than a little red mark. She is a disgusting liar, and now the whole world knows it.
Anyone else notice that when someone who is a female, and an expert testifies on the stand Ambers posture changes, and she hold her chin/head higher and raises her brow to make sure she looks unthreatened by them while her facial expression seems to say, "you are beneath me" ? Watch from about 1:30:00.
Also, look at Amber's cheekbone. It looks like it did in her "proof" photos.

It may just be my imagination but Heard and her team appear overly confident that they have got this in the bag. The result of the trial is hugely important, not just for Johnny Depp to be vindicated and get his life back, but also for the credibility of the legal system and to send a warning shot across the bows of any other person who fancies their chances to profit through making false accusations. I have no sympathy for Heard that she has ruined her own life, that is the journey she has carved out for herself by lying.
